Cucumber Smoothie with Ginger


Cucumber Smoothie with Ginger       makes 2 cups

2 cups (480 ml) cucumbers (including peel and seeds), cut into chunks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 slices of fresh gingerroot
2 teaspoons honey
½ cup (120 ml) water
 
Place all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

ENJOY!
