As your Holistic Health Coach, I will gently guide and inspire you to make small shifts in your daily habits relating to food, physical activity, and lifestyle.
Gradually healthy habits will become an integral part of your life and unhealthy habits will subside effortlessly. You will find this process truly delightful! There will be no need for discipline or deprivation. We will move forward doable step - by - doable step.
At the end of the 5 sessions, all the small changes done on a regular basis will amount to an amazing transformation. Not only will you feel great in your body, you will have all the energy you need to do the things you love to do and feel in charge of your health and wellbeing. There will be no more confusion and you will confidently choose what's right for you. Now, that is a powerful place to be!
Between sessions you have unlimited email access to me. I welcome your questions and am happy to guide you!
Each session includes a nourishing food and lifestyle lesson complete with concrete action steps and suggestions for improving the areas of your health and life that you are struggling with.
You will also be provided with practical hand-outs, easy to make delicious recipes and food samples to inspire you to move forward.
One of the sessions will be a fun hands-on cooking class. We will prepare a three-course delicious dinner together, (including dessert!) using wholesome organic ingredients.

"I have been particularly interested in wellness and nutrition since my 2002 cancer diagnosis and then even more after researching and deciding to move to a plant-based diet with no dairy or processed sugars in 2008. I received Marika's Essential Nourishment cookbook as a gift in 2012, heard how wonderful the workshop is from a friend, and thus I signed up for the 2014 workshop.
Marika is a wonderful facilitator. The topics are well organized, and Marika keeps on track while concurrently encouraging interaction for questions and comments in an informal setting. I came home energized after each session. The topic on pH balance tied all the sessions together for me, and I loved our cooking night. We had fun while learning, chopping, cooking, and eating.
I am working on incorporating everything from the workshop into my daily life so that I can build on the base I already have. Marika “repackaged” the information in such a way that it is easy to do this. I also loved her whole body/mind integrated approach.
